The Situation

Instead of reaching solid bearing ground, they were left braced against the foundation itself—a setup that allowed the foundation to rotate and prevented it from ever achieving true stability.
Our Solution
We got to work installing 30 resistance piers—each one carefully driven deep into the earth until it reached stable, load-bearing soil. This was far from a routine install. Every step required adaptive thinking and expert judgment to ensure lasting results.

Subsurface Surprises
We ran into massive underground boulders—something the previous contractor clearly hadn’t planned for. But instead of letting them derail the project, we repurposed the boulders to build a 75-foot retaining wall. It solved a problem and added real value to the property. -
Soil Stabilization
We poured over 200 cubic yards of flowable fill to consolidate loose soils and reinforce the ground beneath the structure—another critical step the previous repair overlooked. -
